Please join me and try some of the tools that have allowed me to take risks and reinvent myself. I have spent so much time in my life on trying to work on self-discovery. Asking myself, who am I?  What makes me happy? Am I good enough?

Now I know that my “self” was never lost it was just covered up with beliefs starting from our parents, friends, relatives, lovers, husbands, wives, teachers, religion etc. 

Now is the time to discover self!

REIKI is an ancient technique for reducing stress, promoting relaxation and encouraging the body into a balanced and healed state of well-being.

Reiki is an alternative therapy that uses gentle touch to help the individual relax enabling the body systems to move into a state of balance and harmony. People receiving Reiki often express a sense of connection to their own innate spirituality, or inner source of meaning. There is, however, no religious belief system attached to Reiki. Reiki is a type of practice.

A Reiki session may last 30 to 60 minutes. The room is dimly lit with soft music playing in the background. During the session, the recipient remains fully clothed; covered with a light sheet or blanket. Reiki is a passive practice involving no tissue manipulation or massage. The practitioner’s hands are quiet for the most part, moving only to change hand placements. The practitioner’s hands may either rest lightly on the recipient’s body or hover just above the body depending on the recipient’s preference. The recipient may experience sensations of heat, cool, tingling with some experiencing no particular sensations. Almost all experience a sense of balance and relaxation. The Reiki practitioner remains neutral allowing the recipient to apply meaning to the Reiki experience.

Adult Session is a 60 to 75 minute session that includes a brief time spent after treatment to discuss your session.  $65.00

Reiki for Children is a 20 minute session. Parent or guardian are required to be present in treatment room. $25.00

Guided Heart Meditation and Reiki Healing   this is a great session for a quick way to replenish yourself while still feeling the positive impact of a Reiki healing. Great lunch break treat! 30 minutes $35.00

Sessions includes energy healing, energy balancing, and chakra clearing. A brief time is spent after treatment to discuss your Reiki session.



Meditation Caroline Reese classThere are many types of meditation practices ranging from active ones –controlling the breath, focusing the mind, chanting, and there are passive ones that you relax and try to still the mind from thinking. Heart meditation is more passive it helps more on an emotional level; it encourages joy, kindness, and love for self then others. It is also much easier to practice and can be done for 10 to 15 minutes a day.

To unlock and trust with your heart will cultivate kindness, care, concern, acceptance, for self than others.

Intuitively we know the heart needs to be open to receive and to give love and kindness but we tend to shield our hearts because we are afraid of it getting broken or hurt by words someone may say.

It has been proven scientifically that love and kindness changes brain patterns, relaxes the nervous system and calms the mind.

The more we practice heart meditation the more open we can become. The heart widens and deepens and then overflows. How you see your surroundings will change you will become awakened.  Reach Satori.

Vision boards, meditating, intuitive art, and writing are some of the tools applied to aiding in self transformation.
